• Registered NGOs means any Non Government Organisation registered with India2040.org.

• We may request NGOs information online, such as NGOs name, address, President Name, and Identity Proof, NGOs phone number, email address, Contact person details and Legal Compliance like Governing Documents, ONLY for the purposes of verification and it’s not share to anyone. Collected information all must be shown in your login page.

• We will not release or use this information for any other purpose unless we have your consent.

• NGOs information stored in India2040.org database is protected with a secured login with authentication, assignment of a unique ID to each person with computer access, regular pass code changes, and user IDs are deactivated or terminated as needed.

• To be assured that information about their NGOs is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.

• All NGOs Governing Documents collecting for the purpose of verifying and identifying of originality and we safeguarding Registered Volunteers.

• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for registered NGOs doing any illegal activities defined under Constitution of India Act, 1949.

• We are providing Volunteers for Volunteering Services to our Registered NGOs ONLY for the purpose of Social Work defined under Trust Act, 1882, Societies Registration Act, 1860, and Companies Act, 2013 registered under Sec (8). India2040.org NOT RESPOSIBLE for our Volunteers is misguided and misusing by Registered NGOs for their own community purpose or other than Social work mentioned in above Act.

• Inactive account must be active only through administrator of India2040.org.

Updates:

We may change the Volunteers Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes will be reflected on this page. Substantive changes may also be announced through notification in your login page. You should periodically check this page for any changes to the current policy.

Your rights

You may exercise any of the rights described in this section by sending an email to info@India2040.org.

1. Managing your information.

You may access and update some of your information through your Profile settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.

2. Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.

3. Data access and portability.

In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your Personal Information held by us. You may also be entitled to request copies of Personal Information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).
